Products sold on DownOnTheBayou.net must be made and owned by you or handcrafted in nature. If you are a representative of handcrafted products, you MUST get approval from the company to list their products. Some companies have strict rules concerning this. (A copy must be provided to us.)
You also understand that DownOnTheBayou.net and it's owners have no involvement in the transaction between you and the buyer. You will be responsible to promptly and properly deliver the purchased products in accordance with the terms of the purchase. You will also be responsible for directly handling any questions or concerns expressed by the buyer of such products.
REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
You represent and warrant to Down On The Bayou and it's owners that:
You own the products posted for sale on DownOnTheBayou.net, or you are free to sell such products, and are legally capable of selling such products and entering into and performing an agreement for the sale of such products;
Any description of the products posted on DownOnTheBayou.net is true and accurate, and is not misleading or otherwise fraudulent;
The products posted on DownOnTheBayou.net, and as delivered to the buyer, are and will be free of material defect or damage, and if they are not, you will immediately remedy the situation to the reasonable satisfaction of the buyer;
You will immediately handle any complaint or question raised by the buyer;
The products posted on DownOnTheBayou.net are safe, are not illegal or dangerous, and do not infringe upon anybody's rights of any nature (for example, trademark, copyright or patent).
You will comply with all applicable laws, rules and ordinances.
